So once again, I am avoiding coming up with anything of substance to instead post something that made me smile.....of course, this is just 1-so ya'll (hopefully) don't forget me) and 2-I hate drama....so this is an "anti-flame/anti-drama/etc" thing.....can't we just smile and be happy? The warnings are there because either 1-the company thinks we are really stupid or 2-some really stupid person actually tried this. (some moron somewhere in the US is missing an eye due to a mishap with a 7-up bottle.) The Army is good for this. On the MRE heaters, it says "Do Not Eat Heater" a few years later I noticed that the newer MREs also contained the warning...Do Not Drink the Water. Apparently someone d...

So for those who have seen my icon in the forums....it is a pair of fishnet clad legs (mine) Yup, that's right, I have the strange urge to join other scantilly clad women in dancing on tables. Okay, maybe it isn't so shocking if you know me... Anyway, every year Fort Hood has a big community fundraiser in the guise of the old west. Wild West Night has gambling, autions, live music etc etc. all in the guise of raising money for community events, schools and other worthwile causes. An...

When HW came home from PT today to take a shower....the knob came right out of the wall. He took a shower in the other bathroom (thank goodness we have 2 showers!). Then as he left I noticed the front door was sticking again. I look closer and realize that it is the doorknob...It's broken. Sigh. My house is falling apart. I guess I better get working. I still have the hole in the wall to fix. (The drapes were too heavy and pushed the entire bracket through the drywall....serves ...
