Pull over and shoot: You pull over the bar and flip over then "shoot over" the top of the bar for a catch. But the WORST one was this. I tried a one-handed takeoff for the first time. You have to lift the bar, hop off and grab the bar....not bad at all. Unfortunately that was where any semblance of competency ended.
