I just took some pictures at a wedding on Saturday....7/7/07 at 7pm. Let me know what you think...This was my first ever paid wedding.
My first wedding.....I think I could do better next time, but I think I did a pretty good job.
so here are some photos from this year's batch of bluebonnet pics...
I took these on a test trip....looking for a spot for Easter photos. I only wish I made it out again before the rain and snow hit....
Maybe it's karma for teasing my sister about her louse weather last week. I called and told her how nice the 80-90 degree weather was.....I think this is the universe's way of teaching me a lesson.....or maybe this is the global warming that everyone keeps warning me about? So Connor got to play in the snow. Maddy stayed inside. I don't have a really good jacket for her and whe hates to be cold or wet....so she just watched from inside the new addition (which, BTW is DONE, FINISHED COMP...
HW was kind enough to take some photos at Wild West Night. For those in the know, It's a charity fundraiser on Fort Hood. This year was not up to the same standards as before. The prizes were lame and attendance was poor. The band was rude and the dealers....well, they let me cheat, so I suppose it's okay. But (not to blow my own horn) the best part of the evening was the entertainment! The CanCan girls! WoooHooo! That's me in the middle with the red hair....
I'm posting some shots from a Halloween party...kind of a run-through for the real deal. I'm realizing what I need to do to fix our costumes. This is my first attempt at making costumes for my kids. I have a few things to fix, My daughter is Tinkerbell, but I need to work on finding a better method of getting her wings to stay on. and here I am in my sari. not the best photo of me...but girl is cute! And last but most certainly not least, is someone dressed up at Captian Hook fight...

She stared at it intensely, looked at her hand, looked at the toy and very deliberately swatted the toy and laughed when she was rewarded with music. She repeated this for almost 20 min...getting better with her aim as time went on. It was priceless.
I love him...what else can I say?
I have not been inspired to write recently. That may be due to the lack of sleep (thank you darling daughter!) or my frustration level (thank you sweet son) or my inadaquate feelings (thank you dear husband ). However, upon some consideration (and the desire to put in a plug for a REALLY AMAZING WRITER ) I decided that I would write something...and what better place to start than about how my life happens to not be inspiring lately. My daughter is an angel. Wonderful child th...
