Job Application woes

So I've been a bit dissatisfied with my yoga teaching positions as of late. I have been led on about classes that "will be added any time now". I really would like to teach somewhere that is sincere about promoting the yoga and pilates programs. (I also want daycare which means teaching at a gym.)
So I'm applying to Gold's Gym. That's right ladies and gents, Gold's is coming to Killeen!
But I'm not qualified for the job (or so the rumor mill says) Apparently they want people certified through Les Mills (

), so I figured that filling out what I do have might help. I have been testing and certifying since Thanksgiving and here is what I have to throw down.
Official certifications:
Primary Group Exercise Instructor
Primary Yoga
Advanced Yoga
Primary Pilates: Classic Matwork
Advanced Pilates: Advanced Matwork and Small Aparatus
Primary Aqua (water aerobics)
Unofficial Training
USArmy: Group Fitness Coordinator, Personal Trainer, Master Fitness Professional (sounds good huh?)
Monterey Community College: Individual Fitness Programing
CTC:Bellydancing
All I have to do is confirm a couple of references and I'm going to turn it in. I've been a bit intimidated by the fact that I'm not Alliance Certified or trained through Les Mills, but I'm never going to get the job if I just sit around....so wish me luck JU!

I'll wish you luck and add that as someone who has done a lot of hiring over the years often times the "qualifications list" is pretty much a "wish list" and they will go with the best qualified people regardless. Business is business.

I second Mason's sentiments. My wish list is always shooting the moon, but I am happy if a I get someone who does a few orbits! Best of luck!

Best of luck LH. Your list of qualifications seems more than what should be sufficient.
