As an alternative to the "Discourses of a Three Year Old" series, I am starting the Little Boy Logic.
I'm very proud of my son and the way he figures things out. He puts a great deal of thought into his choice of words and has recently started trying to use bigger words.."umm, Actually..." is his favorite phrase. While he means well, he doesn't always use words correctly.
For example:
Last night HW was making dinner and boy watched for a moment, skrunched his face up as he thought and then asked "Dad, can I have Chee?"
I started laughing right away because I caught on to how his mind works. He very carefully worked out the logic behind this. To make an object plural, you add an "s" to the end. Therefore, to make it singular....you remove the "s"
He was asking, very specifically, for ONE piece of cheese!
I love it!
