Happy Little Monkey

So today was a happy day. No particular reason why but it was a great day. Here are a few of the things that made me happy today.

My friend brought me hot chocolote from Starbucks and the weather was perfect for sitting outside and enjoying it!

My tomato plant is happy and healthy.....soon I will have fresh tomatoes to eat!

Maddy decided to color on the sidewalk while she waited to go on a playdate. Her cuteness inspired me to take tons of fun pictures. I haven't been very inspired lately so this was a nice treat. Here she is singing the "pumpkin song".
"PUUUUUUUUUMkin. I LOOOOOOOOVE my PUUUUUUUMpkin!"

And this is how her cheeks got so pink.....chalk is really "powder" in her mind.

Seems like a nice day. I was stuck in lab doing some extensive experimentation.

I thought this was going to be about chickens.

It was going to be a rant about an updated PBS version of the Little Red Hen, but I was having such a nice day, I didn't want to spoil it with a rant.

So here is the correct title. My buddy always refers to me as a "happy little monkey". I have no idea why. I'm off to hang upside down for trapeze again......
