a place to put random discourses on life
Published on April 4, 2007 By lifehappens In Misc
So through various roundabout ways, we reicieved a gift from someone (HW??? can I say?) anyway, it says SHUIDEMEI on it. Anyone know what this might translate to in English? I think it might be Chinese?

Help!

It is Chinese, but I am not sure the meaning.  I think it is some kind of PJs.

It means nightwear. I Googled shuidemei, found it in a Chinese blog, translated the page, and that's the translation it gave. So, if you want to trust google, then nightwear is a pretty good answer.

Only the chinese would write "sleepwear" on pjs.

It does seem rather strange... I would have thought it was Chinese for Disney or something along those lines...

I think it's Chinese for freakin'-adorable-I-can't-believe-how-big-she's-getting. Hehe.

She's even prettier than the last time I saw a picture of her! Cute night gown!

And if you were confused about if it was a night gown or not, it tells you so. Of course, it tells you so in Chinese...

But she is adorable.
