No doubt...rant away...then I'll respond from the customer service side...lol!

(I just spent 1 hour with a customer who basically wanted me to repair his computer over the phone...lol!)

C'mon... you know you'll feel better... *spent 15 minutes with a customer who's acct was current, no lt fee, and low apr.. she didn't like the color of our statements!

But hey.. I have a feeling you have a serious problem...

Why does there NEED to be a rant? We all know customer service reps are interested in ANYTHING BUT customer service.

But if you REALLY need details.....Consumer Credit Card....never arrived in the mail......when I attempted to go to the store (HD) and have it fixed, they blocked the account......and I needed to use it to buy the texture gun so I can put texture on the walls....TODAY. They finally fixed the problem, but took FOREVER to do it. sigh.
