a place to put random discourses on life

I haven't blogged here in a while.  Free Ice Cream is great and I love having it, but it just isn't my favorite flavor anymore.  I have a bunch of RSS feeds, so I can still see what's going on here. I've had issues with Firefox and Joe getting along and I'm just not cool enough to understand it.  I'll still stop by, but if you want more updates on my life...feel free to check me out on myspace  (rarely updated) or my blogger account which I love 'cause it's linked to my flickr account.

This was actually a quick stop to brag about my recent step in Trapeze.  I have progressed to the point that I'm flying out of lines.  That means....no more safety belt and belay on the ground.  Just me and the air.

Let me tell you...it feels GREAT!  This was taken at the end of class and I was a bit tired so I wasn't pushing myself for height as much as I should have...but note the free and happy me.

<object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/CZjovkQRsGA&hl=en"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/CZjovkQRsGA&hl=en" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object>

I also started learning doubles last night. In lines, of course. I don't plan on landing on my head anytime soon!  I have to get more height and power into it....and not get dizzy before I open!

And if you made it to the end of the blog, I'll link you to my website...if you are in TX and want some pictures, let me know!

(BFD: The links were for you, now you and Mama Charlie know where to find me!)
